Repairs are solely at the discretion of Katherine Parr and appropriate charges will be paid in advance of the facilitation of the repairs.

Items purchased from other retailers: Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the piece from. Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate repair requests for items purchased from other retailers.
